Driver Partner Agreement

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This Driver Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Driver", "you") and WUN ("Wat-U-Need"), operated by 24/7 I.T. of Saint Lucia ("WUN", "we", "us"). It governs your use of the WUN platform to receive and fulfil passenger ride requests. It is in addition to the WUN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please note: This document is a working template prepared to support WUN's launch. It must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified attorney admitted in Saint Lucia — in particular regarding public-service vehicle (PSV) regulation, insurance, and worker-classification law — before it is relied upon. It is not legal advice.

1. Independent contractor

2. Requirements to drive on WUN

You must have, and keep current, all of the following, and provide evidence on request:

You must notify us promptly if any licence, insurance, registration, or authorisation lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, and you must stop accepting trips until it is restored. We may verify your documents and run checks, including a background check, before and during your time on the Platform.

3. Standards of conduct

4. Ratings, quality, and deactivation

5. Earnings and commission

6. Insurance and liability

7. Data and devices

You need a compatible smartphone and mobile data. During trips and while you are online, we collect precise foreground and background location as described in the Privacy Policy, to offer jobs, navigate, share ETA with riders, calculate fares, and support safety. You must keep rider information confidential and use it only to complete trips.

8. Term, suspension, and termination

This Agreement continues until ended by either party. You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of this Agreement, safety or legal risk, or where required by law. Sections on earnings reconciliation, liability, indemnity, and confidentiality survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement, including commission rates and requirements, on reasonable notice through the driver app or by email. Continuing to accept trips after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith and, failing that, through mediation in Saint Lucia, with the courts of Saint Lucia otherwise having exclusive jurisdiction.
